Important Delivery Notice for Flower Orders in Japan
Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Schedule & Lead Time
- Rose arrangements and flower orders require a minimum 2-day advance order. Same-day and next-day delivery are not available for roses.
- Next-day delivery for other eligible flower products is available only for orders placed before 14:00 Japan Time.
- Next-day delivery is not available in the following regions:
Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa, and other remote islands. - We do not offer same-day delivery for any flower orders.
- Deliveries are not available on Sundays unless the order is placed at least 2 days in advance.
Service Coverage
- We currently deliver only within Japan.
- International deliveries are not available.
- We do not deliver to military bases or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Method
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped through Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., a trusted nationwide courier service in Japan.
Recipient Availability & Rescheduling
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left.
- The recipient may reschedule delivery at their convenience.
- If no contact is made within 2 days, the order will be considered completed and will be non-refundable.
Time-Specific Delivery Requests
- Customers may request preferred delivery time slots.
- However, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
- In some cases, the recipient may be contacted to confirm availability.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is available upon request. Please contact our support team for order updates.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is unavailable, a delivery notice will be left.
If there is no response within 2 days, the order will be marked as completed and is not eligible for refund.
Quality Assurance
We ensure all flowers are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.
Each order includes a local support contact number for assistance if needed.
Cancellation & Return Policy
- Orders must be cancelled at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- Late cancellations are not accepted.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced.
- No refunds are provided if the recipient refuses delivery.
Surprise Delivery Policy
- We may contact recipients prior to delivery to ensure successful handover.
- Sender identity can remain confidential until the gift is received.
- For safety reasons, unattended flower drop-offs are not allowed under Japanese fire safety regulations.
Combined Orders (Flowers & Gifts)
If an order includes both flowers and other gift items, they may be delivered separately due to different handling processes.
Holiday Delivery Notice
- If a national holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday may be treated as a holiday.
- Some weekdays between two public holidays may also be observed as holidays in Japan.
