At JapanGiftBasket.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in handling every order, especially since our products are fresh and highly perishable. If any issue occurs, our support team is always ready to listen and resolve concerns as quickly as possible. Each case is reviewed carefully, and appropriate solutions are provided by our customer service team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation time before the scheduled delivery date:
- 5 days or more before delivery date:
Full refund will be issued after deducting a service fee of US$15 or 10% of the total payment (whichever is higher). - 3 to 4 days before delivery date:
50% refund of the total order amount will be provided. - Less than 3 days before delivery date:
No refund will be applicable.
Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is eligible for return and approved by our support team.
- If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in the same condition within 3 working days. Refunds are not applicable for returned items. Replacement only.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement (not refund) if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, in the following cases:
- Faulty or incorrect items
- Items damaged during transit
Please Note:
- Items cannot be exchanged for other products.
- Replacement requests must include proper proof (photo/video if required).
